ACC BB > ACC FB or BE FB. However, just winning the BE in 1999 wasn't the


whole story. Being undefeated and making the national title game was a bigger deal than winning the ACCBB title. And the star power of Michael Vick was a cultural phenomenon. It would be like us making a run in the NCAABBT and having Zion Williamson on the squad.
