The wonders of unbalanced scheduling


Their opponents that they played two games against were all from the bottom of the league - BC, NCSU, GT, Clemson, Pitt, and Louisville. That is literally the bottom six teams in the league. I don't know how you get so lucky with unbalanced scheduling to line that up. (Luck of the Irish?)

They beat UNC at home, UVA at home, Miami on the road, and otherwise lose their one (and only) game against each of the top 8 teams in the conference.

Switch the schedule up and make it top-heavy or even balanced and they finish below us.
