They have good starters and they work with the relief guys. Ten guys.I can


tell you they do nothing to develop anyone else on the pitching staff. And there are another 10+ guys available who are good pitchers. They never give them a shot. So when a starter is hurt or a reliever is struggling, they have no one else they are willing to even TRY, and the lack of development hurts the team.
