Unfortunately, she did not receive an offer from Coach Skiera.

My daughter has grown up as part of the VT family (Dad, Uncle, and Sister influenced) and would have loved to play for the Hokies. She had a closer connection with Coach Sung and Coach Gebhard. When the coaching change was made she wasn't able to make that same connection with Coach Skiera. She has received multiple D1 offers, but she's always taken a school first approach to recruiting. Right now she is leaning towards passing on her lax opportunities. I will miss her 70 mph+ shot (3rd fastest recorded at UA150 for her class), but I'm glad she knows what she wants. She kicks off her junior high school season tonight, so will really enjoy the time I have left with lacrosse.
