Beard's halfcourt defense is really, really good so I don't expect them to try and press us beyond the standard ball pressure to slow us down. It's also really hard to trap for more than a few minutes with only 8 guys who play, that takes a ton of energy and when you break it it's free points if you're not trying to run clock.

Texas will switch on the perimeter, help defense will come from the wings and not the post because they don't have a shot blocker and would rather lose by 2's than kickout 3's. They'll jump passing lanes like Miami does, but if we're decisive when we get them in rotation we could score a lot of points inside.

I replied to another post on what I think we'll see agaisnt their M2M, it will be similar to Duke until one team has to adjust.
