You have the super-team mercenary programs (Kentucky, Duke, Memphis)...


And then you have programs like VT. Where guys play for 4 years (or 5, thanks Covid), know their roles, grind every possession, and play for the team & each other.

Nice to see a "team" win the big one, instead of the AAU All-Stars.
