Some schools just aren't Basketball schools.


Clemson has been since 1953, right?

Consider we hadn't won a Conference Champ since 1979. And many of those years, we had a much easier path than Clemson.

Checking around, whole bunch of Power 5 schools with only one Conference Champ. Bit surprised LSU only has one SEC Tourney (1980).

(no SEC Tourney from 1952 to 1979)

Also realize that Big Ten & Pac-12 didn't have Tourneys, until recently.
