Actually I would say RPI is the key one

It has it’s weaknesses but the argument is that it is completely mathematical so there’s no human influence. The committee will lean heavily on it when issuing NCAA bids and seeding.

It really hurt the Big Ten last year because they elected to play a conference only schedule.

The polls are simply for discussion purposes and to get fans fired up. 😂. I personally always look at Extra Innings simply because I know Justin and he is a super individual and extremely knowledge about softball. That doesn’t mean it’s any more accurate than the others.

Everyone has this own preference and that’s what makes the world an interesting place.
