Certainly could be lititgation, but


can't imagine it would be successful.

Seller did absolutely nothing wrong and has nothing to do with what Tom Brady does. At the time the ball was sold, it was in fact Tom Brady's last TD ball. Like a used car sale...sold as-is...caveat emptor. Water pump fails the day after the sale, tough luck. Tom Brady unretires and throws another TD or 100, tough luck.
