Was visiting our son at Auburn last week, he's in the college of Ag and takes classes at the Meat Lab. They process beef, chicken and pork from their stock and sell it in a store. Meat is amazing, less than a week from hoof to table, never frozen and about 60% of what you pay in the grocery store.

I know Iowa State and OK State also have them, Clemson and NC State have dairy versions of the same and have stores where you can buy milk and ice cream.
