I think Boots was a missing part to start the season

We probably would have played as expected in the first half of the season if he had stayed, so Mike had to adjust his personnel to compensate. Once everything was working as advertised, we became a well oiled machine.

I've said it before, but it bears repeating. No idea if we would have won the ACC tournament if we hadn't gone through the adversity earlier in the season.

Nolley would have been a distractor for the team. Believe he would have messed with team cohesion, thus we would have been worse with him.
