I am fine with 3 hour games. I hear you .

The length doesn’t bother me. If it is an interesting game or movie, length doesn’t matter to me other than wanting the win before too much time allows an opponent to come back!

Rotating pitchers so much has become a choice or style in baseball. It isn’t defined as necessary. There was a time when starters went deep. They don’t let many starters go past 5-6-7 Innings these days unless they are the few truly great pitchers. Baseball has too many average pitchers who are the no. 3, 4, or 5 in the rotation so not a surprise they become hittable the 2nd or 3rd time through the rotation. Softball pitchers though can last longer arm wise even when facing a long at bat. Baseball pitchers are doomed by too many lengthy at-bats. 1 batter requiring 6-10 pitches to get him out eats up a significant percentage of a pitchers likely pitch count.

Baseball is actually good for getting up and waking around. :)

I used to watch baseball a lot. I don’t hate it. Just not glued to it anymore. It was more so good for background. I was or am a Braves fan as I grew up in VA and the only regular baseball that was on tv were the braves on tbs. I was involved with HS softball for a bit. Needed a good pitching coach :)
