A program built around players that stay and develop. Solid defense that allows you to remove the performance lows (a team that plays great D may not always be great, but won't be terrible) but with a greater focus on offense. Consistent top 4 or 5 team that builds to peak late by having a couple high IQ guys that lead the locker room.

My greatest offseason wish is for Mutts to come back for one more year, we have a true big man coming to town, a year with Mutts as a mentor, both in on court, but also prep and mental attitude would be one of the best things that could happen to that young man.
