Nope, this IS the biggest VT basketball moment. Worth more than an NIT.


Even in the days of Bobby Stevens when the NIT was important.

Overall, you could say a scoreboard pic at the end of the 3rd quarter against FSU is the biggest moment in Tech sports history. But VT did not hang on to win that game.

One special thing here is the WAY that VT won the last three games -- just slowly pulling away, imposing the will, and squashing any resistance. Against ND, Carolina and Duke! That's not some miracle win, that's total victory.
