Yep, I think Notre Dame is much closer to the bubble than many realize....

they also played a very weak ACC conference schedule that helped bolster their record. Notre Dame's record vs. the top eight ACC schools including the tournament is just 3-5.

VT's record against the top 8 is: 6-6 and Wake Forest is: 6-4.
