Bison burgers need to mix regular hamburger in....


need fat to make a tasty burger--if I have 2 lbs of bison I add a pound of 80-20 hamburger. Bison itrself is too lean for burgers. Same if your make burgers from 95-5 hamburger. Fat is gooderly for burgers!
