I haven't seen it mentioned but how about

Big John giving a couple of quality minutes in each half. In the 1st half he kept Bacot from getting the ball and got the rebound on that possession.

A couple of other things that jump out.
Aluma+/- was 26.
Storm +/- was 24.

I am not 100% sure on this but I think that ND never had the lead and unc only lead 2 zip. I haven't added it up but of the 125 minutes VT has played, they have had lead well over 100 minutes. That is how you win
