Re: Growing up an ACC fan, I dreamed that one day


I remember watching the ACC Pilot Life Insurance lead in to the games showing all the member schools and wondering why we weren’t included. Was too young at the time to understand that.

Never really could get into the ACC until we finally got our seat at the table. Oh, I knew they were great and all and watched sometimes, but I focused on Metro or A-10 or Big East until we finally exited the basketball wilderness. The past makes this run all that much more special for me and now my adult children who grew up to share my lifelong love for Hokie basketball.
