Prob an overall difference between offense vs defensive culture

like minded coaching personalities attract. Most OC's prob fall into the Norm Chow mold of personalities... not as in your face..more x's/o's...scheme them up "quietly" on my paper.. While the DC is more of Foster/Venebles type... run through this wall...go get the QB... be tough.. etc.

If we get technical, the D coords are on the sideline hyping/coaching up players, while the OC is usually found in the booth. One in your face, the other out of sight.

There are exceptions.. Leofler wasn't excatly "quiet"... and everyone seems to know the Bama OC's (Kiffen wasn't quiet either..etc). You get the idea.

That's my take. Great question during this down of season time.
