I think the answer is 34.

I’m not 100% sure on scoring from pigtails but I checked Trackwrestling results in previous seasons so I feel pretty confident. A pigtail wrestler pinning his way to 1st place would have 6 wins in championship bracket (6 pts) by pin (6 * 2 = 12 pts) and placement points (16 pts).

Highest you can get with a loss seems to be 31. If a pigtail wrestler pinned his first two opponents, lost, and pinned his way to 3rd he’d have 2 championship wins (2 pts), 6 consolation wins (6 * .5 = 3 pts) by pin (8 * 2 = 16 pts) and placement points (10 pts).
