I wonder is there precedent for selection committee putting hot bubble


Team in over bubble team that has been on a slide? Is there a pattern historically?
Or
Do the just blindly pretend that all wins are equal and timing of quality of play is meaningless?

VT has now won 11 of last 13 games, do you really take a team that started great was 7-2 in conference when Hokies were 2-7 and has gone 4 -8 in last 12 games over VT because the resume looks slightly better say 1 or 2 more Quad 1 wins. All coming in December?
