I'll give your 1st question a go!!


Short answer.Mehki has the talent to go all the way again. PERIOD!!!

According to Flo wrestling (and others) the deepest weight this year is 174. So that alone indicates Mehki will be challenged by high ranking AA's with major experience.

#1 Starocci, returning NC
#3 Logan Massa, 2x AA with medal talent in freestyle
#4 Hayden Hidley, returning national finalist who gave Mehki is only loss

OTHERS.#5 Michael Kemerer, #6 Dustin Plott, #7 Ethan Smith and #8 Michael O'Malley

Mehki's biggest problem is he's a known quantity. He's a reattack expert so opponents don't challenge him near as much. If Mehki can get the first takedown or lead, they will have to come to him in his wheelhouse.
