Where the hell are you finding these cheap flights? I just spent about ->

a grand per ticket for St Maartins in May, and over $800 each to go to Eleuthera in Bahamas from Richmond (July). It is a simple trip with one stop in Miami.

Is it cheaper in general these days top fly to Europe and places like that? This is close to double what we paid for the same trips last year. between the price of jet fuel and everybody wanting to travel again, I couldn't believe the prices! Now, last year was the cheapest we have ever flown around the Caribbean, but STILL...you must have the touch!
