He was beat out ...

Trephan beat Wilson multiple times in wrestle-offs and at the Citadel Open.

In turn, apparently Houghton beat Trephan in a separate wrestle-off.

All 3 went to the Southern Scuffle and Houghton finished highest at 5th (Trephan was 6th, Wilson DNP).

I expect at least one, if not 2, to xfer out in the off season.
