Not sure if you meant TIC, but that's almost an insult to legit issues.

As a society, seems as though we're at a tipping-point --- where mental health is used as a catch-all excuse for any bad/poor behavior.

(see the current debate/argument with Ben Simmons)

Dunno, it's a tough one. At some level, I guess *every* act/decision is a reflection of one's mental health.
