the urban areas and was a country boy. He also said he wanted to be close to his parents in central Maryland. College Park is too urban. Penn State has disadvantages because of cold weather. WVU has no softball program. The only other choice would be a school like UVA or JMU. IMHO, Tech is a better job than those two. I think Pete's wife is from the Atlanta area. I could be wrong. Georgia Tech is too urban. UGA and Clemson could be attractive jobs. I'm sure some SEC schools will take a look at him if they haven't already done so. That's the way it is when you have a successful coach. As long as we have Chip, Pete ain't going anywhere. ;)
