Stroh's, Schaffer...when poor you go with Busch and that level of beers...

Occasionally had Heineken, but that was like drinking a "Rolls Royce" of beers...lol Great at the time, just average(-) later in life.

I visited Ton 80 during one of my returns to Blacksburg, and the bartender turned me onto Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale. Wow, my eyes were opened to really great beer.

I eventually migrated to darker brews like Guinness. If I'm ever confused about what to order, Guinness is always a great answer. Lets just say I was in hog heaven when I did a port call in Dublin...lol I've only had one stout that was on par with Guinness, and that was in a microbrewery restaurant in Steamboat Springs, CO.

A lot of people like Devils Backbone Vienna Lager, but I think their Schwartz Beer is better. Go dark young man!
