East Germany got I think 25 right before the fall of the Berlin Wall


At reunification they were integrated into the Luftwaffe as NATO MiG 29s. To tie it all in together, later on the DDR MiGs were sold to Poland so dollars to doughnuts there are some former East German MiGs going to Ukraine, if for nothing other than spare parts

EDIT: just looked it up, none of the East German MiGs are operational any more. Oh well
