Your opinion is far from being wrong. I think we will be good next year.

Basketball can be an easy sport to turn a team around in a short time. Look what Wake did. Did Forbes think the team he assembled would really be that good?

I thought Aluma and Mutts were great for us but sometimes they were not in sync either with themselves or the rest of the team. Or maybe it was the rest of the team. Anyway, the team too often lost offensive flow. I think next year's team will function more consistently.

Pedulla and Rice are going to be a big difference makers. Maddox can shoot like crazy. Catoor can nail threes easily when in rhythm. DNG has improved this year big time.

We are going to hit on at least two of incoming freshmen Buchanan, Collins and Wessler.

It's not so much just replacing Aluma and Mutts, it's improving the other talent.

I don't want to sound like I'm bashing a player here, but I thought our offensive flow was much better when Pedulla emerged. So that's some addition by subtraction. And Rice and Buchanan will either both play right away or very close to that.
