know exactly what this is. And believe it or not, the world didn't end, and life goes on.
Bought my first house a year out of Tech. 1983 The interest rate was 13%.

Let me repeat that for you whining crybabies. 13%
And yet, the 22 year old kid paid it and survived. And I suspect you will to.
