Interesting. I checked out the brackets and the Big 12


seeds the top guys but the first round matches (4 to get to Quaterfinals) are randomly drawn. Sometimes the 1 2 7 and 8 have a first round match - other times 2 3 5 and 6. Random draw.

I noted Lamont had a match before Joey.

Congrats to Joey! Unfortunately Teske took him out handily next round, but appears Joey grabbed a NCAAT spot!
