NIT is going to the dance with your ugly cousin.


Getting to the NCAA tourney means youre doing more things right than wrong. Yes, its a tough tourney....it's supposed to be. Many are one and done, but you want that chance as a team. Wanting to go to a has-been tourney with a bunch of other middling teams so that you have a chance to win a few games is not the blueprint for building a winning club.
