They talked about the committee is pretty savvy individuals who break up the country very well to be able to give solid breakdowns of each team...going so far as to see how a team performed when a player was injured or if said player will be out the rest of the year (i.e. Crieghton)

So being on a positive trajectory is most definitely better than the opposite
