a low income area, who's fault is it my money gets stolen?

It's wrong of someone to open my door and steal my money, but the smart decision is to not do that from the start. In the US I should be free to do whatever I want without someone doing something unsavory. That's not reality.

Guard what matters. You don't have to be a prude, but you also don't have invite bad behaviors either.
