This isn't new....


...this was all updated back in 2020 along with pretty much everything else with regards to Covid. When all these government employees got sent home they had to do something to justify their jobs, so you get them re-writing stuff like this. Yes...it's stupid...it's the government though. What's even dumber is that people are just now bringing it up trying to tie it to recent events.
