Lets break this down...


You said my argument changed and you characterized it like this

1) "Two Bigs" - yep that checks out, I said it and its true...Manek and Bacot are two bigs

2) "Manek is actually a good post defender" - nope, never said that...I said either hes a better post defender than you give him credit for OR Mutts failed to convert on his opportunities

3) "Bacot is good enough to cover for Manek" - I said nothing close to this. I said their use of two bigs allows them to X out on ball screensmaybe you dont quite know what that means and youre filling in the blanks with bad info? I dont know

4) "Rotations are shorter" - yep, definitely said this. Because when you play 1-on-1 in the post with no help you dont have to rotate. If youre ever in NoVA I can diagram it for you, but it boils down to shorter distances to recover from when the ball goes from the post to the perimeter which leads to being closer to shooters when they receive the ball...THAT coupled with length on the wing makes 3s and drives tougher out of throwing out of the post


Im not sure I can explain it any more than I have but Ive given you all the information, the results back that up, and you can either choose to accept it or not...makes no difference to me
