2 questions which hopefully won't turn political.


1. What was the original mission of VOA?
2. Has that mission evolved over the years or remained constant? If it has evolved, then what is VOA's current mission?

I am familiar with the broad history of VOA. I guess I'm trying add some meat to my potatoes.
