You talking about a rogue terrorist/freedom fighter attack


or are you talking about some NATO country conducting a military strike inside Russian borders?

I don't see the latter happening. Like, ever. I could see efforts to beat Russia back to their own borders. But one country directly attacking a nuclear power just doesn't seem like a very good decision for the planet.
