UNC isn't all that. On a neutral floor, right now we would be 1 pt favorite

over UNC and 2-3 pt favorites over ND. So, yeah, I would rather have the easiest *total* path to the finals, which starts with the first game you play. I've seen VT bow out against underdogs too many times in the first round. Make it as easy as possible, and also allow for some bit of rest so you don't go into second round gassed.
