Roanoke/NRV peeps - anyone ever shop around for an MRI


and was it worth the trouble?

This is a case where I need an MRI on my knee, but it is hardly urgent. Figure this is a good time to actually try shopping around instead of just blindly going where the health care insurance cartel decides to send me.

Is there still an independent imaging facility in Roanoke?
