It was a decent shot as far as his arsenal goes.. he had a mismatch


him vs the UL center.. he make a quick move to create space - he hits those shots all the time

the rest of the team was standing around, clearly the plan was to kill the clock until 10seconds left and then run the pick & pop. Storm would get blocked trying to take that PF to the rim so he did the next best thing and shake him for an open shot
