It's fairly maddening it can't be passed.. I'm in Indiana have Delta 8


i think it's made from hemp. so it's legal, assuming cause the farmers want their hemp money.. and it's ~60-70% high levels of Delta 9 THC.. not sure how many states have Delta 8.. but legalize it all, lets get the money and let people do their thing. cap how much they can buy or something.. but between bordering states legal (Michigan, Illiniois), Delta 8, i don't get it
