Charge $10 for adults and let kids and students in for free


Sell Olympic sport season passes to locals for $100. If you can raise $50K/year, it covers the cost of an Olympic sport assistant coach. The additional infrastructure would be minimal. We already have electronic ticketing capability with phones. You could collect cash at the door using the same security people that currently work the doors.

People value what they pay for. If it's free, people perceive it as having less value, whether that's fair or not. If we have fans invested in these other sports through season tickets, then they will be more likely to give money on top of the ticket cost.
