When we got off to a weak start losing 4 to 9.
When we watched a 9 point lead turn into a 2 point deficit at the half.
When Miami went up 47-41 in the 2nd half with the steal and jam by Walker.
When Miami went up 54-48 with easy inside penetration.
When Miami went up 58-51 on the steal and layup with 8:32 left in game.
When Miami was up 61-54 with just 6:22 left in the game.
When Miami went up 64-59 with just 1:46 left in the game on a 3 pointer.
When Miami went up 67-59 on another 3 pointer with just 1:36 left in game.
When Miami went up 69-66 on a layup with 37.9 seconds left in game.
When Miami went up 70-66 on a free throw with 24.1 seconds to go in game.
When Miami was up 70-68 with the throwin and 16.7 seconds to go in game.

And then VT steals the ball from a Cattoor tip and Maddox makes the 3. with 14 seconds left.
Some solid D, and some ball fumbling and an awkward miss at a 3 by Miami, and VT wins.

This team knew they needed this win in Miami, they stayed true to their game, played as a complete team, and had a driven, relentless, and focused mentality that ultimately won the game for them.

I have Tons of respect for this team, and for coach Mike Young for having these boys ready to go. Most teams would have packed it in so many times during this game.

Just Tough as nails when it mattered most.
