Be making a “Swifter” effort now. Hopefully, it’s not to late. We need to announce today that we’ll no longer buy Russian oil & we’ll be dipping into our strategic reserves until we get production back up & flowing. We could even produce enough natural gas to sell to Europe. We have no business as a super power being dependent upon a dictator’s oil. It’s beyond dumb. We can still push to be greener with stronger incentives to appease the climate folks but we should never allow ourselves to not be energy independent. Neither should Germany. We have some feckless administrations in charge of the so called “free world” right now. They are pathetic!
