Interesting report regarding Chelsea Owner Abramovich


He apparently has a sanctions insurance policy of sorts via loan to Chelsea. There are currently calls to sanction him and make him sale the team. I say when your buddy Putin invades another country killing civilians, why should England give a damn about your loan. Just confiscate it and sale to someone else and tell Abramovich to go f himself.
