Is it legally possible for the ACC to exit the RSN deal Swofford cut?

Sigh. Another big hoops game for VT, another one where I and many other Hokie fans will be searching pirate websites and dodging sketchy pop-up ads just to be able to watch.

It should have been simple. If a game's not on ESPN, it's on ACCN. If it's not on ACCN, it's on ACCNX (or even ESPN+). Now that ACCN is on all major cable and streaming platforms, that would provide the vast majority of fans with an easy way to watch the ACC games they want to see.

There has to be a way to fix this. Contracts get renegotiated or bought out all the time.
