I see this as more than a nothingburger.

Push comes to shove, world can't run without russias raw materials and exports. Imagine huge shortfall in ammonium nitrate missing? Who is going to grow enough food without fertilizer?? Stack that up on the other exports.

Then, the "escalate to de-escalate" supposed doctrine. yes, ...doctrine believes in use of small cans of sunshine to bully other side to stand down

Then there is Taiwan and their foundries that make about half of all semiconductors. Lose that and .uh oh.
