Tonight's HOA Zoom meeting is about rental cap and hoops in driveways.


Speaking of invasions, corporate house buyers are grabbing up our 'hood, and renting the units. Grave consequences have transpired, as basketball hoops are in every driveway where someone's renting. Funny how that works out. Must be the National Beijingball Association on the prowl.

A new covenant is proposed to limit rentals to where it stands at present. Will take 67% of the 509 or so homeowners to agree, and we usually get 20% at Zoom meetings or returning ballots.
