Really want the 7 seed vs the 8. Syracuse having 2 home games left


but being against Duke and Miami with an away trip to UNC screams two more losses for them.

VT needs 1 win to lock in the 7-8 seed (no lower) Wake and UVA can be caught/passed. Either of them have to lose both their games and VT has to win all 3. If the both lose 2, VT could end as the 5. I very highly doubt either of them lose 2, so VT seems squarely in the 7-8 seed. Playing a team that has to play on Tuesday seems to be an ideal start for VT in this tournament.
